Refund and Exchange Policy
The Refunds and Exchange are available for Domestic Orders (Egypt):
- Refunds and Exchanges: You can request a refund or exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order. A delivery fee ranging from EGP 40 to EGP 105 (based on the area of delivery) will apply for any refunds or exchanges.
- Store Credit: If you prefer not to exchange an item, we can issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning goods to us.
- Condition of Return/Exchange: The item must be in the same condition of delivery and be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

- Your Order Number
- The item you wish to exchange or return
- The new item/size you would like to receive
